A wine from organic cultivation, made from Greco, Vermentino, and Chardonnay grapes. Cultivated in our vineyards surrounding the small village of Vignoni Alto, in the Val d’Orcia region, the grapes are harvested by hand and whole-bunch soft pressed.
Fermentation by indigenous yeasts is done in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The ageing process on fine lees, also in stainless steel vats, takes about five months.

Aetos Bianco Toscana is a complex wine but with elegant traits, typical of Tenuta Sanoner wines It exhibits a yellow straw colour with golden hues.
